In today’s dynamic professional landscape, a recent LinkedIn study revealed a notable trend: 72% of U.S. executives prioritize soft skills over AI-related capabilities. This statistic underscores a fundamental shift in what employers value, making it imperative for educational institutions to equip students with the right skills. That’s where we step in!

Addressing the Demand for Competence-Oriented Learning

In response to the evolving demands of remote and hybrid work setups, educational institutions are seeking new strategies. We aim to bridge this gap by fostering competency development among students, catering to diverse cultural, political, personal, and intercultural contexts.

Importance of Remote Work Preparation

Recent studies underscore the growing importance of remote work readiness. According to a study by Buffer, State of Remote Work 2023, 98% of workers express a desire for remote work opportunities, which shows increasing preference of the workforce for the flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance that remote work provides.

93% of employers planning to conduct remote job interviews, the need for relevant skills cannot be overstated and suggests a readiness to embrace virtual approaches and highlights the acknowledgment of remote work as a viable and sustainable choice.

Flexibility continues to reign as the primary advantage of remote work. Among participants, 22% highlight the greatest benefit as the flexibility in managing their time, 19% emphasize the freedom to choose their place of residence, and 13% value the flexibility in selecting their work environment.

Regarding the sense of connection in the workplace, 75% of remote workers express feeling connected to their colleagues, despite the majority working across different time zones.

Half of remote workers, constituting 48%, indicate feeling more energized compared to last year, while 21% report feeling burnt out. Additionally, 58% express feeling engaged with their job, contrasting with 30% who feel unengaged.

Remote work readiness is on the rise, with a significant portion of workers expressing adaptability, energy, and engagement in remote work environments.

It suggests that individuals are increasingly prepared to embrace the benefits of remote work, demonstrating a willingness to adapt to virtual methods and recognizing remote work as a sustainable option.
